Wilson & Harding Golf Courses were established in the '20s, this municipal course is known for its picturesque surroundings.

Excellent public courses inside Griffith Park. The fairways and greens are in excellent condition, and the price is pretty affordable. Driving range has two levels, only irons on top - pretty busy during the middle of the day when the sun is directly above.

We're working hard on solving the problem of getting a tee time when everything is booked. We're tired of someone else booking up all the tee times and leaving us with just twilight spots. The painful process of calling and refreshing 9 tabs over and over is the worst part of the game.

History

Although golf has been played in Griffith Park for over 100 years, Wilson opened in 1927. Wilson is one of the longest L.A. City courses at over 7,000 yards from the tips. Its location makes it ideal for families with its proximity to the L.A. Zoo and the Griffith Park Observatory. Wilson is one of the most highly touted municipal courses internationally and hosts many of the City championship events. This scenic course has played host to the Los Angeles Open.

Harding's fairways are somewhat narrow with many challenging tough approaches into guarded greens. This mature course rewards accurate shot placement and course strategy to score well. Harding is a Golf Digest “Best Places to Play” Award Winner!
